How smoothly and well organised our trip was!.

I thought of your wisdom and professionalism at various spots and almost constantly for an hour and a half while in a transit queue at Heathrow. Getting in and out of London seemed to be no problem - a different matter for transit. So thank you very much for looking so carefully at our flight times and for all those other details you checked and double checked. The trip went very smoothly - at times even enjoyably.

I hope you can bear to go through it all again (hopefully more efficiently from my side) in 2007. [We've started planning (in a general way) for Sept next year!]

Eastern Europe, Cruising the Rhine

Dear Trish,

We are having a fantastic time. The tour of Eastern Europe was great and we saw and learnt a lot. This cruise is fantastic and we're sad only tow days to go. The boat is fabulous and the weather has been perfect. We've met nice people on the tour and here. The scenery has been magnificent, especially through all the old castles.

Sailing the ‘Silver Wind' in South America

We returned home yesterday morning after a wonderful trip.
The hotels were excellent both in Santiago and Buenos Aires . The tour guides worked far beyond their expected duty and were both extremely pleasant and informative.
On board the Silver Wind the cabins were adequate and clean and tidy. The seamanship of the Captain and the additional sightseeing of the glaciers in the fjords that he made possible was outstanding.
Each restaurant on the ship was of a reasonable standard, the service of the crew was excellent, when you consider the 10 to 12 hour days that they were required to work. The positive, pleasant attitude was continually there.

They are the backbone of the ship's success.

We felt more secure and safe in South America than later in London and Northampton in England! The hotel in Santiago, the Ritz Carlton, proved to be the best we have experienced in the world... Three nights of luxury.

South America was somewhere we had always wanted to go,but it was our love of tango that got us to Buenos Aires. It is a really vibrant, exciting city, we can hardly wait to go back - not just for the tango, the shopping was brilliant!
